News 2 - The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Committee on Industrial and Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship recommends that the Parliament adopts the Bill of the Law on the Amendments to the Law "On the State Registration of Juridical Persons and the Natural Persons- Entrepreneurs" (regarding the Right of the Person on the Entrepreneurship without the Identification Number) as a Basis. - Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Committee on Industrial and Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship recommends that the Parliament adopts the Bill of the Law on the Amendments to the Law "On the State Registration of Juridical Persons and the Natural Persons- Entrepreneurs" (regarding the Right of the Person on the Entrepreneurship without the Identification Number) as a Basis.

According to the bill (Re. №2715) it is suggested to provide by the law the right of the natural persons, who due to their religious or other convictions denied to accept the identification number and declared it officially to the corresponding state bodies and have the mark in the passport, to indicate instead of the identification code the passport series during the presentation of the documents for the starting up of the juridical person of the nomination of it on the leading post.
